Ardency Inn Manuka Honey Enriched Pigments.

Happy Sunday! I think I'm gonna be starting a bit of a series on here; every Sunday I'll be sharing one of my favorite eyeshadow formulas, which should last me well into the year based on the amount of shadows I've amassed in the past year. Today we're looking at the Ardency Inn Manuka Honey Enriched Pigments-- one of the best but most underrated shadows on the market.

These shadows are seriously awesome. They are buttery to the touch, most likely due to their honey property, crazy pigmented, and just plain easy to use. I have three colors, clockwise from the top right: Rose Gold, Hell, and Peacock. Rose Gold is the best rose gold out there. Save yourself the $54 on the Naked 3 palette and buy this guy. Hell is a departure from the typical shimmery brown, as its bluey-greeny undertone is an unexpected twist. Peacock is a beautiful duochrome shadow most makeup lovers have become familiar with: warm midtoned brown with a strong blue shift. This variation mirrors that of the beloved MAC Club, but it much softer and therefore easier to use. Skip the makeup artist favorite and grab this one-- you'll thank me later.

These shadows are just the bees knees and I still have my eye on a few more colors. I would highly recommend these for beauty n00bs and novices alike; you seriously have to check these out!

Striped Intentions is laying on your bed, soaking in the sunlight. It's the shadows made by the blinds, lined up and down the sheets. It's wearing a striped shirt every day and not giving a damn. It's the constant search for "effortless chic"-- whatever that is-- and taking care of what you present to the world.
Too, Striped Intentions is a place to feel at home. No matter what you look like or feel like or do with your life, it's a space to appreciate life and all it's tiny details. It's having the best intentions with everything-- as striped with flaws as they may be.
